How to measure your leg length for jeans?

- Remove any footwear and ensure you are standing straight
- Use a tape measure and measure from the inside of your leg, down to your ankle joint
- Find your measurement in centimetres or inches
- Refer to the relevant size guide

The average women's leg lengths for jeans are:
Short = 30 inches
Regular = 32 inches
Long = 34 inches

How to measure your waist size for jeans?

- Find a tape measure
- Wrap it around the circumference of your waist about an
inch below your belly button
- Check your measurements. These are most commonly measured in inches

How to measure the rise on jeans?

To differentiate, high rise jeans’ waistbands usually sit above the belly button, and low rise waistbands usually sit below the belly button. If you need to check the specific measurement, measure from the highest point where the jeans legs meet at the crotch, up to the waistband along the middle of the jean.

High Rise = Above 10 inches
Mid Rise = Up to 9.5 inches
Low Rise = Up to 8 inches
