- I received a message that Gap+ is closing soon. What does this mean?
We love rewarding our loyal customers, and Gap+ has been a wonderful tool that allowed us to do so. However, the business is now changing and Gap+ will no longer exist in the future. You can still stay up-to-date with all things Gap and receive our exclusive offers if you sign up to our emails.
- What will happen to my benefits (5% everyday discount in store and online) after the app closes?
These benefits will soon cease to exist after 30th September 2021 and no longer be accepted in stores or online.
- What will happen to the app on my device?
After the app has officially closed, it may remain dormant on your device. We advise that you manually uninstall it, as you won’t be able to use it to claim any in store or online benefits in the future.
