Standard Shipping and Handling
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to five (5) business days.
Actual delivery times are subject to change. The delivery times displayed in the shopping bag at the time of your order will reflect when you should expect to receive an order placed on that day and will appear in your order confirmation email.
We only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and are not able to ship to PO Boxes, British Forces Post Office (BFPO), Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
Express Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with Express delivery will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
CLICK + COLLECT
How do I place a CLICK + COLLECT order?
Place and pay for your order online by 12pm today, select CLICK + COLLECT in the delivery option, select the store from those available and we'll deliver to your chosen store. See checkout for approximate delivery time of your CLICK + COLLECT order. A notification email will be sent to you once your order is ready.
Why do all Gap stores not offer CLICK + COLLECT?
At present, we are offering CLICK + COLLECT at selected stores only. In the future, we are looking to make CLICK + COLLECT available at more Gap stores. The website will be updated as other stores start offering CLICK + COLLECT.
Can I use the CLICK + COLLECT service for Banana Republic as well as Gap orders?
Yes - just follow the same process as above, selecting the Gap store from those available to collect your Banana Republic order. CLICK + COLLECT is not currently available at Banana Republic stores.
How will I know when my order is ready for collection?
A notification email will be sent to you once your order is ready for collection at your chosen store. The notification email will include the store hours and a map identifying the location of the store.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Bring the notification email (printout or electronic copy) and proof of ID (this may either be photo ID such as a passport or photo driving licence or a debit or credit card with your name on it) to your chosen store to pick up your order.
What if someone else is collecting my order?
That’s fine, but that person must show your notification email (printout or electronic copy) and proof of their ID (this may either be photo ID such as a passport or photo driving licence or a debit or credit card with their name on it).
Where do I go to collect my order?
Please speak to any sales associate on the shop floor who will be happy to assist you with your collection and tell you where to go.
How long is my order available for at my chosen store?
Orders will be held at the store for fourteen (14) days from date of the notification email sent to you. Upon expiry of the 14 day period, your order will be returned to our UK distribution centre and you will be refunded. The credit may take up to 2 weeks to show in your account from the date on which your order is returned to our UK distribution centre.
Please note that our carrier cannot deliver on a bank holiday. Any orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed the following business day.
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order. Each shipment is treated as separate a sale/transaction.
Shipments are via Yodel or Hermes.
A signature is required on receipt of your parcel. If you are not available to accept delivery, Yodel may leave your package with a neighbour. The driver will leave a calling card with the house number where the package signed for and delivered at your address to let you know this has been done. If the parcel cannot be left with a neighbour, Yodel will bring the package back to the local depot, and leave a calling card explaining how to arrange for redelivery.
